INTRODUCTION
Terms and conditions of your apartment has a website www.wakacje-gdansk.pl Booking constitutes your acceptance of the following Rules and Regulations and the simultaneous conclusion of the lease.
- Booking the apartment is made by completing the booking form on page www.wakacje-gdansk.pl and paying 50% duty on the designated account and sending confirmation of payment.
- From 1 June to 1 September rent apartment for minimum 3 nights. Shorter deadlines, please make arrangements by e-mail biuro@wakacje-gdansk.pl
The contract between landlord and client involves only the rental of premises and service charges - such as electricity and gas utilities and cleaning after the rental period. All other costs, in particular access, meals, etc. are the responsibility of the customer.
ARRIVAL, THE KEYS, DEPARTURE
Rent starting day starts at 16.00. Key collection should be determined by phone, at least one hour prior to arrival. The rental period ends at 12.00 on day of departure. In case of accident or other reasons, delay arrival, the client is obliged to immediately advise the person transferring the keys. Transmission and reception of the apartment owner shall, together with the customer.
PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
On arrival customer pays the rest of the charges and is a deposit of 25% of the amount due / but not less than 100 zł /, which will be returned during the transfer of keys on departure. The owner has a right to bail in the event of damage occurring during guests' stay. Damage in excess of the amount required to cover customer deposits.

- washing dishes and kitchen utensils and remove all garbage before leaving.
- immediately inform the person transferring the keys for damage caused during the stay in place. The cost of repairing damage paid by the customer.
The owner does not consent to being of animals in the apartment.
The owner does not consent to smoking in the apartment, except for the balcony.
CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS
If you need to change previously made reservations customer must report the change in writing or by email. Changes to the time limit should be made no later than 14 days before arrival.
Late or oral changes may be not considered by the Owner. Owner within 24 hours send a response if such change is possible. If you change your reservation to another date agreed upon price may change.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation 14 days before arrival - You are responsible for half the cost of deposit paid or 25% of the contract. If the cancellation is within less than 14 days of arrival, you pay the deposit paid. In case the customer has made full payment, Owner will pay 50% deposit.
If the cancellation is the day of arrival or non-cancellation of customer is obliged to pay the full charges for the ordered and prepared for his services.
CHANGING THE PREMISES
In exceptional, unforeseeable circumstances, the owner has the right to substitute the reserved property to another, with no lower standard. The owner has the right, in case of events caused by force majeure to cancel the contract.
The law applicable to disputes between the owner and the customer is the Polish law. Disputes shall be settled by the court competent for the seat of the owner.
